- To enroll you in coverage you select and to handle annual re-enrollment.
- To send appointment reminders, account notifications, and policy-related information you have asked us to send.
- To meet our legal, regulatory, and licensing obligations as a licensed health insurance agency.
Health information
We do not request or store protected health information (PHI) except where strictly necessary to evaluate plan options. Any health-related details you share are kept confidential and are not used for marketing.
Text messaging consent
If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive informational messages from Healthcare Benefits Network at the phone number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number for third-party marketing.
Sharing your information
We share your information only with health insurance carriers, the federal and state ACA marketplaces, and service providers necessary to evaluate, place, or service your coverage, and where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
